Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Mental Health Act (including the 2025 reforms), Court of Protection applications, human rights in health and social care, AMHP and BIA practice, and capacity assessment. I also design bespoke sessions around specific scenarios or case law your team needs to understand.

Yes — most open courses run online via Zoom, and in-house sessions can be delivered online, in-person, or hybrid. Online sessions use breakout rooms, polls, and case studies to keep delegates actively engaged throughout.
