Membership Data: If you register as an LPS member, we collect your email address and name.
Lawful Basis: Performance of a Contract (to provide the membership services you requested).
Device & Usage Data: We collect technical info (Device ID, OS type) and usage data (articles read) to improve the App.
Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interest (to ensure our App works correctly and to improve user experience).
Crash Data: If the App crashes, we collect anonymous log data to fix bugs.
Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interest (maintaining the security and stability of our App).
3. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide our services. Account Deletion: You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and data at any time. To request deletion, please contact us at neil@lpslaw.co.uk or use the deletion option inside the App settings. We will process this within 30 days.
